S’Hort des Baladres is a holiday rental villa in Ibiza with private pool, close to beaches, shops and all kinds of bars and restaurants. Welcome to our private property, where you will feel the quietness of the countryside while being within a 5-minute drive from wonderful beaches and a huge retail and restoration offer.
For almost 40 years, we have been glad to share our most precious gem, our family-owned home, with people coming from all around the world. Throughout this time, we’ve grown, the house has grown, but the air and the sense of exclusiveness, authenticity and privilege remains the same.

A pool to live in
It’s the first thing you’ll do. You’ll see the terrace, the kitchen, the bedrooms… You’ll rest assured you’ve made a good choice. And then… you’ll get it… Your first glimpse of our pool will make you mumble “oh, yeah!”.
You’ve reached the pool area. More than 80 square metres of cristalline blue water surrounded by sunbeds that will make you wonder if you’ll be able to leave the property and do some actual sight-seeing.
Be confident. Be strong. You can do it. You’ll just need some self-control. But, if you cannot do it, at least you’ll be here, planning to come back.

Welcome inside. 150 square meters perfectly furnished. Three spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and plenty of space. A huge living and dining room with a fireplace and all the comforts.
Just in case you want to hide from the sun and light.

Large bright and colourful gardens. Some fruit trees throwing some shadows. And the dark red characteristic soil of Ibiza’s countryside.
All for you to get, from the comfort of the huge terrace where hours lazily drift away, where you’ll probably choose to have most of your dinners.
Dive in
Just by the house, the crown’s jewell emerges.
The swimming pool is an evolution of a tradicional watering solution typical in Ibiza’s countryside, where rains are scarce. That’s why it’s so big and it’s elevated, built upwards.
The pool is surrounded by a sunbeds area, another terraced table and chairs for you to chill out and have a drink, a green area where kids will play and an outside refreshing shower.
Recently we’ve added some underwater night lights, that have converted what was already perfect into something magic.
Where are we
S’Hort des Baladres property is 2 kilometres away from Santa Eulalia’s town. There you’ll find any kind of shops and an excellent variety of restaurants and bars. Also, don’t miss a walk to our XVI century iconic fortified church, es Puig de Missa.
Closest beaches are also Santa Eulalia’s town one, as well as other beaches in the East coast of the island. In a 15-minute drive range, you’ll get some great sandy and crystal-clear beaches like S’Aigua Blanca, Cala Llenya or Es Canar.
Ibiza town, with its worldly popular vibrant night life and its more than 25 centuries of history, is only 15 kilometres away. The airport is a little bit further away, although nothing in our island is very much away, so you’ll get from there to our house in less than 30 minutes.
